To register and maintain an Account on zora4d, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. zora4d operates a strict age verification policy. By creating an Account, you confirm that you are of legal age to participate in online gambling activities under Indonesian law and that you have provided accurate date-of-birth information during registration.
You must be a resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing the Platform and placing bets. zora4d services are intended exclusively for the Indonesian market. Users accessing the Platform from outside Indonesia do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws in their jurisdiction.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You confirm that you are not prohibited by law from participating in online gambling activities and that your use of zora4d services does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of zora4d staff, as well as employees of game providers and software suppliers, are not permitted to register or maintain Accounts on the Platform.
Important: Providing false information regarding your age, identity, or residency during registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action.
To use zora4d services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP), date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You will also create a unique username and secure password for your Account.
You are permitted to register and maintain only one Account on zora4d. Opening multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited. If zora4d detects that you have registered or are operating more than one Account (including through the use of different names, addresses, email addresses, or payment methods), all such Accounts will be suspended, all balances forfeited, and any winnings voided.
zora4d operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and to protect the integrity of the Platform. You may be required to submit identity verification documents including:
Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. zora4d reserves the right to request verification documents at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and Account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you, and you will be held liable for all transactions, bets, and withdrawals made using your credentials.

zora4d supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian banks and e-wallets: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits and withdrawals must be made from an account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Deposits are typically processed instantly or within 15 minutes during standard business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). zora4d does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours to verified Indonesian bank accounts and e-wallets, subject to Account verification and security checks. Processing times may be extended during high-traffic periods, weekends, public holidays (including Indonesian national holidays such as Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August, Idul Fitri, and Nyepi), or if additional verification is required.
Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are specified on the withdrawal page. zora4d reserves the right to impose maximum daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits at its discretion. Standard bank transfer fees from your financial institution may apply to withdrawals.
In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards, deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1× rollover requirement) before they become eligible for withdrawal. This requirement applies to all deposits regardless of whether a bonus was claimed. Deposits that are withdrawn without meeting the minimum rollover requirement may be subject to an administrative processing fee.
All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. zora4d reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used on your Account before processing a withdrawal.
zora4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiry dates. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before the funds become withdrawable. For example, a Rp 1.000.000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement must be wagered a total of Rp 30.000.000 before withdrawal is permitted.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as blackjack, roulette, and baccarat may contribute 0–20% depending on the specific promotion. Full contribution rates are published in the terms of each bonus offer.
zora4d reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings, and Account balances if bonus abuse is detected. Prohibited bonus abuse activities include but are not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated betting with other users to guarantee profits, using automated betting software or bots, and deliberately exploiting game or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one welcome bonus or first-deposit bonus may be claimed per person, household, IP address, email address, payment method, and device. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate Accounts or other deceptive means will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
All sports bets are accepted and settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant sporting body or league (e.g., FIFA for international football, BRI Liga 1 for Indonesian domestic football, EPL for English Premier League). In the event of a match postponement, abandonment, or venue change, specific rules apply as outlined in zora4d's Sports Betting Rules document.
For football betting markets including Asian handicap (voor bola), over/under, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets, settlements are based on the final score at the conclusion of regular time unless otherwise stated. Extra time and penalty shootouts are not included unless specified in the market description.
Live casino games including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and other table games are streamed in real time from licensed studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. All game outcomes are determined by the live dealer and are final. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or disputed outcome, the decision of the game provider is final and binding.

zora4d reserves the right to void or cancel any bet, wager, or game result in the following circumstances: obvious technical error or palpable odds error, fraudulent or collusive activity, use of automated betting software, bets placed after an event outcome is known, or any other activity that breaches these Terms & Conditions.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on zora4d and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions:
Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure and legal action.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting zora4d customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to withdrawal requirements and verification) will be processed. Bonus funds and unfulfilled wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
If you believe you are developing a gambling problem, zora4d offers self-exclusion options ranging from 24-hour cooling-off periods to permanent self-exclusion. To initiate self-exclusion, please contact customer support or visit our Responsible Gaming page. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your Account or place any bets. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the chosen period expires.
zora4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at its sole discretion if you breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions, if your Account remains inactive for an extended period, if fraudulent or collusive activity is suspected, or if required by law or regulatory authority. In the event of Account closure by zora4d, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you, subject to deduction of any outstanding fees or chargebacks.
zora4d provides the Platform and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform. Technical issues, server downtime, and connectivity problems may occur, and zora4d is not liable for any losses resulting from such issues.
zora4d is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government, war, civil unrest, labour disputes, telecommunication failures, internet outages, or power failures.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, zora4d's total liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. zora4d is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. You are solely responsible for managing your bankroll, setting personal deposit limits, and gambling within your means. zora4d is not responsible for any financial, emotional, or social harm resulting from your use of the Platform.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming standards and regulations applicable to the Indonesian market. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of zora4d services shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set forth below.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to zora4d's Compliance Department for formal review. The Compliance Department will conduct an independent investigation and issue a final decision within 30 days.
By using zora4d services, you agree that these Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and zora4d. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
